Adding a device here creates its device_id and a one-time secret token — both go into that cart's firmware/cart_node/config.h (DEVICE_ID and DEVICE_TOKEN) before flashing. The token is shown once, right after creation; if you lose it, use "Regenerate token" below and reflash that cart.
